Movement is a great way to create some spark for yourself. My yoga practice is what originally inspired me to find my own spark, maybe it will help you too. Not to mention all the amazing health benefits.

I teach Kripalu yoga which is very accessible to people of every ability. I aim to hold space and give people a chance to create their won supportive practice during my classes.

If you are interested in taking a general class with me. I teach group classes through Earthsong Yoga on Monday evenings and Sunday mornings most of the year.
