Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Movement Sessions


If you must reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.The link for rescheduling is included in your confirmation email. If rescheduling within 24 hours, send us an email and you will be charged a $15 late rescheduling fee.

If you must cancel a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time, you will be refunded 50% of what you paid for the class. If your booking was part of a class package, you will only be refunded 50% of what you paid per single class. If cancelling within 24 hours, send us an email but there will be no refund.




Custom Items and Sale Items are not eligible for returns. Please see the "Exceptions / non-returnable items" section for more information.

Each item is handmade, so there is going to be some variability. If you receive an item and it is not what you expected, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns will only be accepted if ALL of following circumstances are met:

  • within 15 days of purchase
  • item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging
  • must have a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A refund will be issued after the item has been received and condition is confirmed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items may be accepted for repair for the expected lifetime of the item if it is determined there is a construction failure. This means stitches failing or the item just falling apart. Extreme cases of fabric wearing too quickly may be entertained for repair as well, but acceptance is not guaranteed.

Refunds will only be made if ALL of following circumstances are met:
  •  within 60 days of purchase
  •  it is determined there has been construction failure (not just hard use)
  •  another alternative, such as repair or replacement, cannot be agreed upon.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom Items and Sale items are final sale only. Any known issues with discounted items are disclosed before sale and therefore these items will not be eligible for return, exchange or refund. Policies around Custom orders can be found on the Custom Order Request Page.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards without exception.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If your item is not eligible for Return, then an exchange is not possible.

Refunds can be approved under two circumstances. See the sections "Returns" and "Damages and Issues" above for more information.

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
